Responsibilities

  • Business Development Executive | Fit-Out and FM AMC Contract
  • Generate qualified leads for AMC contracts and Fit-Out projects through various tools and techniques.
  • Use lead-generation tools CRM, databases, online platforms, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and online platforms to source new prospects.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
  • Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead conversion targets.
  • Drive revenue growth through continuous business development efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to secure repeated business.
