- Business Development Executive | Fit-Out and FM AMC Contract
- Generate qualified leads for AMC contracts and Fit-Out projects through various tools and techniques.
- Use lead-generation tools CRM, databases, online platforms, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and online platforms to source new prospects.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
- Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead conversion targets.
- Drive revenue growth through continuous business development efforts.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to secure repeated business.
