Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B business development in IT/software/digital services
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to clients
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation platforms
  • Self-motivated, structured, and target-oriented
  • Experience with IT service sales or SaaS environments
  • Basic understanding of requirement gathering and solution selling
