Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in B2B lead generation, email marketing, and CRM-based outreach. The ideal candidate should be familiar with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo, and should be able to build and nurture high-quality sales pipelines.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting



  • Generate high-quality B2B leads through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and data research.

  • Identify potential clients across IT, staffing, and consulting domains using platforms such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Perform detailed market research to build accurate prospect lists and validate leads.


Email Marketing & Outreach



  • Create, execute, and track targeted email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.

  • Personalize outreach strategies to improve open rates, engagement, and conversions.


Sales Pipeline & CRM Management



  • Maintain accurate and updated data in CRM systems (Salesforce / HubSpot).

  • Track lead status, follow-ups, and communication history to ensure transparency and smooth handover to the sales team.

  • Optimize workflows to improve campaign efficiency.


Relationship Management



  • Engage with prospects through regular follow-ups to nurture interest and build long-term relationships.

  • Schedule meetings, demos, and introductory calls between prospects and the sales team.


Reporting & Analysis



  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and campaign performance.

  • Use analytical insights to improve targeting and conversion strategies.


Required Skills & Competencies



  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • HubSpot

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Apollo, ZoomInfo

  • Strong understanding of email marketing workflows, CRM management, and prospecting techniques.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers and generate qualified leads independently.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet monthly targets.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications



  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration

  • Experience in IT, SaaS, staffing, or consulting industries

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments
