Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in B2B lead generation, email marketing, and CRM-based outreach. The ideal candidate should be familiar with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo, and should be able to build and nurture high-quality sales pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate high-quality B2B leads through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and data research.
- Identify potential clients across IT, staffing, and consulting domains using platforms such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Perform detailed market research to build accurate prospect lists and validate leads.
Email Marketing & Outreach
- Create, execute, and track targeted email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.
- Personalize outreach strategies to improve open rates, engagement, and conversions.
Sales Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and updated data in CRM systems (Salesforce / HubSpot).
- Track lead status, follow-ups, and communication history to ensure transparency and smooth handover to the sales team.
- Optimize workflows to improve campaign efficiency.
Relationship Management
- Engage with prospects through regular follow-ups to nurture interest and build long-term relationships.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and introductory calls between prospects and the sales team.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and campaign performance.
- Use analytical insights to improve targeting and conversion strategies.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- HubSpot
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo, ZoomInfo
- Strong understanding of email marketing workflows, CRM management, and prospecting techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers and generate qualified leads independently.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet monthly targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration
- Experience in IT, SaaS, staffing, or consulting industries
- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments
