Job Description


We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in B2B lead generation, email marketing, and CRM-based outreach. The ideal candidate should be familiar with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo, and should be able to build and nurture high-quality sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting


Generate high-quality B2B leads through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and data research.
Identify potential clients across IT, staffing, and consulting domains using platforms such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Perform detailed market research to build accurate prospect lists and validate leads.


Email Marketing & Outreach


Create, execute, and track targeted email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.
Personalize outreach strategies to improve open rates, engagement, and conversions.


Sales Pipeline & CRM Management


Maintain accurate and updated data in CRM systems (Salesforce / HubSpot).
Track lead status, follow-ups, and communication history to ensure transparency and smooth handover to the sales team.
Optimize workflows to improve campaign efficiency.


Relationship Management


Engage with prospects through regular follow-ups to nurture interest and build long-term relationships.
Schedule meetings, demos, and introductory calls between prospects and the sales team.


Reporting & Analysis


Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and campaign performance.
Use analytical insights to improve targeting and conversion strategies.


Required Skills & Competencies


1–3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
HubSpot
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Apollo, ZoomInfo
Strong understanding of email marketing workflows, CRM management, and prospecting techniques.
Ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers and generate qualified leads independently.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet monthly targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications


MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration
Experience in IT, SaaS, staffing, or consulting industries
Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments
