What requirements you'll need to be eligible


  • 3+ years in business development (APAC focus), preferably in medical field




  • Bachelor's degree or above in International Business, Business Management, or related field




  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools).




  • Fluent in English, Fluent / Business level in other Asian Languages will be an advantage (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Bahasa, etc)




  • Strong skills in presentation and negotiation




  • Experience with regulatory processes in APAC markets.




  • Willing to travel (once or twice per quarter)


  • What you'll be doing on the job


  • Distributor Management:
    Set sales targets, negotiate contracts, and maintain records. Motivate distributors through regular check-ins and regional travel.




  • Analysis & Reporting:
    Track YoY growth (Salesforce/SAP), analyze trends, and present insights to leadership.




  • Market Expansion:
    Research new APAC markets, identify partners, and network at industry events.




  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Monitor APAC requirements and support new market entries.




  • Training & Support:
    Train distributors and healthcare users on product application and troubleshooting.




  • Product Expertise:
    Stay updated on industry standards and Tristel product knowledge.
