Overview

Due to our continued growth Marsh have a number of newly created opportunities available for experienced Business Development professionals to join our Corporate team. These roles will be based in Melbourne or QLD. These are hybrid roles that have a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You will generate new business across Marsh by building strong and effective relationships with prospective customers in the Corporate/mid-market space. This includes developing a full understanding of our service offering, clearly identifying prospect requirements and effectively demonstrating the advantages of our solutions to meet the client’s needs. You will also manage and develop accounts, utilising up-sell and cross-sell products and services to maximise profitability.
