We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive with 2-6 years of experience in Elevator, Construction, Real Estate, Engineering, or Interior Design industries.

Responsibilities include:

New business development (cold calling, aggressive follow-up).

Client relationship management.

Contract negotiation and full sales cycle ownership.

Requirements:

Proven sales record in target industries.

Strong communication & negotiation skills.

Fluency in English & local languages.

UG: Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
