Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to focus on acquiring, managing, and expanding our High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) client base. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a keen interest in financial markets.


 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and acquire new HNI clients for investment in Unlisted Shares, Pre-IPO, and other financial products.
  • Pitch investment opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized investment solutions.
  • Stay updated with market trends, product offerings, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the advisory and research team to deliver value-driven investment strategies.

 


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven interest or prior experience in sales/financial services/investment products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with HNI clients.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of equities, unlisted shares, or investment products will be an added advantage.
