Job Description
- Achieve volume and value objectives for the assigned territory within budget, time, and policy.
- Efficiently control the sales network under your charge.
- Execute strategic alliances with key outlets.
- Implement and follow up on monthly activities and promotions specific to each outlet and chain.
- Liaise with the Merchandising team for in-store branding activities.
- Operate all marketing and sales schemes and promotions as per prior approvals and monthly review meetings.
- Control dominant shelf space in key accounts.
- Manage the health of the distributor channel on a monthly basis.
- Assist the Area Sales Manager with brand- and SKU-wise sales forecasting based on market potential.
- Train and develop the distributor sales team, providing timely feedback through market visits and monthly review meetings.
