Job Description – Business Development Executive (Software Sales)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead generation through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach
• Pitch software / SaaS / IT services to potential clients
• Schedule meetings and product demos
• Follow up with prospects and close deals
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• 0–4 years experience in Software / IT / SaaS sales
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with target-based sales
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Freshers with strong sales interest can apply

Salary: Fixed + attractive incentives (no cap)
