We’re seeking a proactive and versatile Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize CRM to track and analyze sales activities.
  • Develop and execute engaging social media marketing campaigns.
  • Design simple marketing materials and visuals using Canva to support campaigns.
  • Build client relationships and close sales to achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to enhance strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
