Job Description
We’re seeking a proactive and versatile Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and optimize CRM to track and analyze sales activities.
- Develop and execute engaging social media marketing campaigns.
- Design simple marketing materials and visuals using Canva to support campaigns.
- Build client relationships and close sales to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to enhance strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
