Responsibilities
- Manage and grow new and existing relationships within key customer accounts by understanding their business structure, decision makers, and ongoing needs.
- Maintain updated records of account history, activities, and opportunities while consistently identifying and pursuing new prospects.
- Drive sales performance by meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across the full suite of solutions, including Managed Print Services, Production Printers, Managed Content Services, Managed IT Services/ Business Solutions.
- Analyse account potential through white-space mapping to ensure full coverage and uncover opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline through face-to-face engagements, calls, written communication, and social platforms to create strong funnel momentum.
