Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2.5 years of experience in the IT services industry. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, requirement understanding, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services
- Lead generation through:
- Email marketing
- Freelance portals (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
- Cold calling (if required)
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with technical and design teams for requirement clarity
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
