Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
  • Build business relationships with current and potential clients to facilitate usage and retention.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Answer potential client questions, follow up calls, and respond to requests for proposals.
  • Make outbound calls to new and potential clients.
  • Convert free customers to paid customers through plan upgrades to improve customer lifetime value.
  • Generate referrals and positive reviews from clients to create Word of Mouth impact.
  • Meet or exceed quotas for calls, appointments, demonstrations, and conversions/upgrades.
  • Maintain a pipeline of all leads using CRM software.
