Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with proven experience in selling IT resources under talent augmentation or staffing models. This role is focused on selling billable resources, not products or SaaS solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience closing deals involving Data, and Engineering talent, working directly with end clients, and driving revenue through placements and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new end clients for AI & Data talent augmentation services
  • Sell contract, dedicated, and project-based resources
