- Understand customer requirements and propose solutions that address their business needs.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Collaborate internally with pre-sales, support, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Document all sales activities in CRM and provide regular reports to management.
