  • Understand customer requirements and propose solutions that address their business needs.

  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

  • Collaborate internally with pre-sales, support, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to stakeholders.

  • Document all sales activities in CRM and provide regular reports to management.
