<strong>Role Purpose:</strong><br />
Will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and<br />
building strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive<br />
communicator with a track record of success in cold calling and lead generation.<br />

<strong>Key Accountabilities</strong><br />

• Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services, identify needs, and generate interest.<br />
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and cold<br />
calling strategies.<br />

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients throughconsistent follow-ups and personalized communication. Sales Process Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and update CRM with accurate information on leads and opportunities.<br />

• Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to tailor sales strategies.<br />
<br />
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to overall business development goals.<br />

• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on call activity, lead generation results, and<br />
<br />
• Conduct outreach to prospective investors, delivering tailored pitches that highlight the fund’s sales performance to management.<br />

<strong>Technical Knowledge, Skills & Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.</li> <li>5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or investor relations sector, with at least 2 yearsin a leadership role.</li> <li>Proven track record ofsuccessin leadership roles, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and inspire teams.</li> <li>Deep understanding of investment products, financial markets, and client needs.</li> <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking capabilities.</li> <li>A passion forinnovation, learning, and continuous improvement.</li>
