What will I be doing

?

This is a field-based role which is focussed on supporting the strategic growth of our SME business by identifying and winning new logo business opportunities and working closely with all operational colleagues to ensure that we deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience to all new clients. The primary objective is to proactively identify new opportunities and create a substantial pipeline ensuring that you win new logo accounts to achieve your new business targets.

Main Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive role:

  • Identify, develop, and deliver strategic sales plans to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Drive new business through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term relationships.
  • Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals aligned with company goals.
