Job Description
- Proficiency in Mandarin
- Undertake the company's comprehensive expansion goal of your local market under the jurisdiction of the company;
- Visit target merchants, introduce our platform, and invite merchants to onboard;
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals;
- Complete the merchant backend settings to help the merchant operate in the app, and maintain a database of merchant information;
- Organize the implementation of the marketing promotion plan, and complete the regional GMV, revenue and profit targets;
- Identify problems from transaction data and continue to optimize strategies and plans;
- Assist merchants to resolve any operational issues
