Action Builders Construction LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Developer with proven fit‑out industry experience to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing fit‑out projects across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities specifically within the fit‑out and interior works sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and presentations for fit‑out projects
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
