Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to support business growth for a recruitment platform. The role involves outbound B2B calls, lead generation, and client acquisition by promoting recruitment and hiring solutions to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound B2B calls to prospective clients
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into active clients
  • Identify client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business development KPIs
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of home country experience in telesales or B2B sales
