Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers 
* Manage inbound inquiries and provide accurate product, pricing, and installation information.* Qualify leads based on requirements and close sales* Maintain updated call logs, customer records, and follow-up details in the CRM.* Clearly explain key features, benefits, and ROl of solar systems.* Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.* Achieve daily/ monthly call targets, lead generation goals, and performance KPIs.•Coordinate with internal teams for site visits, technical discussions, and follow-up actions.* Adhere to process guidelines and maintain consistent call quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
0-1 year experience in call center or telecalling roles; sales experience preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Proven customer handling and persuasion abilities.
Capability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
Basic computer skills with hands-on experience in CRM tools.
Positive attitude, target-driven approach, and read iness to learn solar industry fundamentals.
