Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive with strong IT knowledge to drive new business acquisition. The role focuses on field sales, ERP product promotion, client relationship building, and converting market opportunities into successful sales outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and client meetings
  • Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present IT / ERP solutions
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and post-sales support
  • Provide market feedback and strategic inputs to improve products and sales approach



Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Field Sales
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and ERP solutions
  • Proven ability in lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a target-oriented role
