Business Development Executive

Location: Mumbai, India

Experience required: 2-4 years of recruitment sales for GCC/International markets

• Identify and acquire new client companies across the UAE and Gulf region.

• Pitch the company's recruitment and staffing services to international/GCC clients.

• Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring needs and propose customized solutions.

• Develop market penetration and lead generation strategies.

• Conduct industry mapping, market research, and competitor analysis.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for prospective clients.

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Strong understanding of UAE/GCC business culture and hiring landscape
