Job Description

  • Identify and research potential clients and market trends to generate new business leads.

  • Demonstrate leadership qualities and strong interpersonal communication.

  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Conduct cold calls, send outreach emails, and arrange meetings to present company services.

  • Build and maintain long-term, successful client relationships.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

  • Coordinate with the Operations team for site surveys and snag audits.

  • Manage snag audit presentations and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
