Job Description

Results-driven and customer-focused Business Development Executive with proven experience in the healthcare and ambulance services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new clients including hospitals, clinics, corporates, insurance companies, and event organizers.
  • Act as a single point of contact between the company and clients for ambulance deployment and service coordination.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Plan and conduct promotional campaigns, awareness programs, and tie-ups with healthcare institutions.
  • Participate in health camps, corporate wellness programs, and CSR initiatives to enhance visibility.
  • Work closely with the operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and coordinate feedback for process improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, client feedback summaries, and business forecasts.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare Management.

Experience

  • Prior experience with hospitals, diagnostics, or healthcare logistics firms is an advantage.
