Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents about Event University courses (online & offline)
- Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments by understanding student needs
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth admission processes
- Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture leads until closure
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and admission drives
- Ensure excellent student experience from inquiry to enrollment
