Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, marketplaces, and outbound outreach
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and introduce
- Support the sales team in lead generation, lead qualification, and maintaining CRM/lead databases
- Coordinate with internal technical and pre-sales teams to gather inputs for proposals and client discussions
- Assist in managing Salesforce AppExchange listings and related coordination activities
- Track follow-ups, maintain sales pipelines, and provide regular updates on lead status
