Job Description

Responsibilities

• Build strong BD pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed & Glassdoor

• Run personalized, value-driven outreach with clear CTAs

• Execute disciplined multi-touch follow-ups with consistent cadence

• Manage pipelines and daily BD targets end-to-end

• Maintain high CRM hygiene in Zoho (stages, notes, follow-ups, outcomes)

• Qualify leads, handle objections, and map decision-makers

• Develop long-term client relationships from cold to trusted partner

Requirement

• Have 1 + years of experience in business development experience in recruitment ,pharma or software

• Strong background in new client acquisition and business hunting roles

• Proven track record in lead generation and client onboarding

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Graduate degree required

• Willing to work at US time EST (8.00AM to 5.00PM).
