Business Development Executive (BDE) – BPO / ITES

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive with proven experience in BPO/ITES sales to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will own the complete sales cycle and build long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for BPO services (Domestic & International).

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with operations, pricing, and transition teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

  • Prepare compelling business presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging outsourcing opportunities.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate / MBA preferred (not mandatory).

  • Proven track record in BPO sales, outsourcing business acquisition, or client relationship management.

  • Strong understanding of BPO delivery models (Voice, Non-Voice, Back-office, Shared Services, etc.).

  • Experience in international sales is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Highly goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently to meet revenue targets.
