Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly via email or phone.
  2. Manage and maintain key customer accounts, including invoicing, updating quotations, and handling complaints.
  3. Provide shipment updates and ensure timely communication on all outstanding orders to customers on a weekly basis.
  4. Regularly review and update customer contracts to reflect current terms and conditions.
  5. Plan and coordinate shipment schedules, including making bookings and conducting follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.
  6. Generate Proforma Invoices for both plant operations and customers.
  7. Actively introduce new products to existing key accounts and explore opportunities to expand product offerings in the market.
