Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly via email or phone.
- Manage and maintain key customer accounts, including invoicing, updating quotations, and handling complaints.
- Provide shipment updates and ensure timely communication on all outstanding orders to customers on a weekly basis.
- Regularly review and update customer contracts to reflect current terms and conditions.
- Plan and coordinate shipment schedules, including making bookings and conducting follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.
- Generate Proforma Invoices for both plant operations and customers.
- Actively introduce new products to existing key accounts and explore opportunities to expand product offerings in the market.
