Position- Business Development Executive
Location: Jaipur (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and networking.

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue potential IT services clients.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Conduct market research to target potential industries.

  • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery.

  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and sales forecasts.

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT services sales or B2B business development.

  • Strong outbound lead generation experience (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Good understanding of IT services and digital transformation.

  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.

  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.

  • Target-driven, proactive, and strong in negotiation.
