Business Development Executive (BDE) finds and develops new opportunities for company growth by identifying leads, building client relationships, researching markets, and creating strategies to increase revenue and expand the business, often collaborating with marketing and sales. They focus on long-term growth by securing new clients, nurturing existing ones, and ensuring products/services meet market needs, making them crucial for driving expansion beyond just immediate sales. 

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Procure new clients through networking, direct contact, referrals, and marketing collaboration.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify growth areas.

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute business plans, sales strategies, and initiatives to meet revenue targets.

Sales & Pitching: Present products/services, negotiate deals, and close sales.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to align strategies and deliver solutions. 

Core Duties

Attend networking events to meet prospective clients.

Analyze market potential and growth avenues.

Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients.

Monitor client feedback to improve offerings.
