Responsibilities
- Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
- Identify and research opportunities that arise in new and existing markets.
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
- Combine efforts and foster a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
- Create positive, long‑lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, email, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
- Develop and present proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs.
- Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow‑up.
- Develop rapport with key decision makers.
