Responsibilities

  • Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
  • Work with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
  • Identify and research opportunities that arise in new and existing markets.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
  • Combine efforts and foster a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
  • Create positive, long‑lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, email, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
  • Develop and present proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs.
  • Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow‑up.
  • Develop rapport with key decision makers.
