Calls Experts is an international provider of contact center solutions with over 15 years of experience serving the North American market. Our AI-driven platform, CLAI, helps organizations improve customer interactions, streamline workflows, and enhance sales outcomes.
We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive who will help expand our presence by arranging online and in-person meetings between local businesses and our Supervisors/Senior team members. This role suits candidates who are confident engaging with company leaders, understand B2B outreach, and know how to create strong initial connections that lead to qualified opportunities.
