Role Overview
BTCC is seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our expansion across Brazil and Spanish-speaking LATAM markets. You'll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building partnerships, and driving user acquisition in one of the world's most vibrant crypto regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute BD strategies to grow BTCC's presence in Mexico and the wider LATAM region.
- Identify and secure partnerships with influencers, trading communities, and fintech platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to localize campaigns and features
- Analyse market trends, user behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Represent BTCC at local crypto events, meetups, and online forums
