We're seeking a hungry BDE to hunt new clients, close substantial projects, and build long-term retainers in Mumbai's creative ecosystem.

Role Details

  • Location: Hybrid (Mumbai office 2-3 days/week) or fully remote for top performers.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in sales/business development (agency, production, martech, or services preferred)
  • Type: Full-time, 6-month probation.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect brands, agencies, and corporates for video production, shoots, campaigns.
  • Lead full sales cycle: cold outreach → meetings → proposals → negotiation → close.
  • Target substantial minimum ticket projects, aiming for larger scale work and retainers.
  • Build pipeline via calls, LinkedIn, networking, referrals.
  • Collaborate with creative team for pitches; hand off won projects for delivery.
