Job Title: Business Development Executive – Education Sector
About the Role
As a Business Development Executive at Leap Scholar, you will be at the forefront of driving growth through strategic alliances, key partnerships, and on-ground activities with educational institutions. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with colleges, universities, and coaching centers in Mumbai, generating leads, and creating innovative offline marketing campaigns to promote our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with colleges, universities, and coaching centers.
- Acquire key accounts and generate leads through BTL (Below the Line) activities.
- Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to promote Leap Scholar.
- Identify and implement innovative ideas for new institutional partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, etc.) to drive conversions.
- Consistently engage with stakeholders through field visits and events.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development and lead generation (preferably in the education sector).
- Strong relationship-building skills with educational institutions.
- Proven experience in offline / BTL marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with the education ecosystem in Mumbai.
- Creative thinker with ability to design innovative partnership strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and frequent client interactions.
