Mount Talent Consulting is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive our business growth in the Singapore market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing roles, has a deep understanding of B2B sales, and is passionate about expanding business in international markets.

Location: Remote (focused on Singapore region)

Experience: 312 years in B2B sales, preferably in staffing, consulting, or IT services

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, result-driven professional to identify and onboard new clients, build strong relationships, and generate consistent business from the Singapore region. You will be representing Mount Talent's staffing and recruitment services to key decision-makers across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business in Singapore
  • Reach out to potential clients through various channels and pitch our recruitment solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality closures
  • Track market trends and stay updated on competitor activities to refine the business approach

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in staffing or consulting
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore/SEA market
  • Excellent communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently with a focus on results and targets
