Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Business Development team. You will be responsible for converting prospect clients into new customers and managing post-sales accounts. You will be working alongside the internal team drivers, as well as client key stakeholders to secure continuous revenue growth through a holistic customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Grow accounts through extension and expansion opportunities
  • Build, sustain and foster strong client relationships by conducting regular health checks
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Work with marketing and other internal teams to develop strategic plans and ensure KPIs are being met
