About the role

As a Business Development Executive at Katz Security Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. This is a full-time position based in the Paya Lebar East Region, where you will be responsible to expand the company's client portfolio and strengthen existing client relationships.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively research and identify potential clients
  2. Initiate and manage the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and prospective clients
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement effective sales strategies
  5. Provide regular updates and insights to the management team on market trends and client needs
  6. Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral
  7. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. Experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the security industry would be an advantage
  2. Demonstrated track record of successfully winning new clients and expanding existing accounts
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients
  4. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections
  5. Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
  6. Minimum "A" Levels or Poly Diploma
