Key Responsibilities
- Attract and secure new clients by innovating and overseeing the entire sales process.
- Identify, research, and pursue opportunities in both new and existing markets.
- Prepare and deliver impactful pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage risks and foster a growth-driven environment.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Run outbound campaigns (calls, emails, events) to generate sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client activity records in CRM.
- Develop and present customized proposals and translate them into contracts.
- Ensure excellent client service with regular follow-ups.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to project implementation.
