Key Responsibilities

  • Attract and secure new clients by innovating and overseeing the entire sales process.
  • Identify, research, and pursue opportunities in both new and existing markets.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful pitches and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage risks and foster a growth-driven environment.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Run outbound campaigns (calls, emails, events) to generate sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client activity records in CRM.
  • Develop and present customized proposals and translate them into contracts.
  • Ensure excellent client service with regular follow-ups.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to project implementation.
  • Conduct both virtual and in-person sales meetings.
