Business Development Executive – Healthcare Staffing
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Work Environment: Remote with extensive travel (up to 80%)
MUST HAVES (Please review before applying)
3+ years of business development or outside sales experience
Proven success selling products or services directly to nursing or healthcare facilities
(Corporate/parent-level and facility-level sales experience required)
This is NOT a staffing sales role – candidates must have sold non-staffing solutions into healthcare environments
Strong track record of opening new accounts and closing deals
Ability to travel up to 80% regionally
Must live in or be able to easily commute to Western Pennsylvania
