We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in cold calling and B2B/B2C outreach in the UK market. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.


Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist (UK Market)

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-time


Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct web-based research to identify and generate data on key decision-makers within Architecture and Civil Engineering companies.

• Lead appointment generation activities for the UK market using cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other relevant channels.

• Communicate effectively with prospects, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Manage outbound business development activities focused on international markets, particularly the UK.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads.



Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or business development for international markets.
  • Proven experience in appointment setting and outbound sales activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with the UK market is an added advantage.

Requirements
✅ 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or business development, preferably for the US market ✅ Hands-on experience with outbound cold calling ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ✅ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills ✅ Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) ✅ Ability to work in a target-driven environment ✅ Willingness to work US business hours (if required) Nice to Have: Knowledge of the US B2B or B2C market Experience selling (industry-specific, e.g., SaaS, IT services, etc.)
