Roles & Responsibility:

  • Research and identify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo/Lusha, Upwork, and others to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Contact prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media channels to introduce our services and assess client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients.
  • Accurately record and update all sales activities, client interactions, and BANT qualifications in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitors to support business development strategies.


Skills Required:

  • 0-5 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development, with a strong background in lead generation & qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, Lusha, Upwork,Sales Navigator).
  • Highly driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in IT Services industry is must.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
