Position:  Business Development Executive
Experience Required:  0-3 Years
Location:  Aundh, Pune
Employment Type:  Full time

Responsibilities:

1. Handling Enquiries: Attend walk-ins, inbound and outbound calls, and provide effective counselling according to institute guidelines.
2. Course Knowledge: Gain knowledge on every course to provide better performance and advise students accordingly.
3. Lead Management: Manage leads, update and close them on the same day, and maintain good relationships with students.
4. Demo/Batch Arrangements: Arrange online and offline demos/batches for positive leads.
5. Fee Collection: Collect student fees on time, with a focus on one-time payments (with an additional ₹2,000 for two instalments).
6. Communication: Communicate batch information with the batch coordinator (SPOC) and manage exam schedules.
7. Exam Centre Management: Be present in the office 30 minutes before scheduled exams and make arrangements for exam candidates.

Key Skills:

1. Communication: Strong communication and counselling skills.
2. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, including lead management, demo arrangements, and fee collection.
3. Organisation: Organizational skills to maintain good relationships with students and manage exam schedules.
4. Sales: Ability to convince students to take up relevant courses and collect fees.
