Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide students and working professionals about our training & career-oriented training programs.
  • Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries effectively.
  • Counsel candidates based on their career goals and suggest the right course.
  • Achieve enrollment targets and maintain student database.
  • Follow-up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree .
  • 0-1 years of experience in counselling/sales/education industry.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work towards targets and conversions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
