Business Development Executive Det C Locations | Flow Business

Role Summary You are the enterprise hunter for your Det C. Your job is to sign enterprises—logistics hubs, factories, warehouses, OEMs—where Nia residents can be deployed through Flow. You build the demand pipeline that fills our Nests with employed workers. Reports To Enterprise Sales Manager, Bangalore Team Size Individual Contributor Work Type Field + Office, 6 days/week Target 8-12 enterprises/quarter What You'll Do • Hunt: Identify and map enterprises in your corridor—fulfillment centers, manufacturing plants, 3PLs, quick commerce hubs. Build a pipeline of 50+ prospects. • Pitch: Sell the Nia retention story: 85% retention vs 40% industry.
