Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and build a pipeline of qualified leads within:

    • Law firms

    • Corporate service providers

    • MAS-regulated financial institutions

  • Maintain accurate lead records in CRM and track engagement status

2. Outreach & Initial Engagement

  • Articulate KYC and AML pain points

  • Secure introductory calls, demos, or discovery meetings for senior team members
  • Support follow-ups and early-stage deal progression

Required Experience & Skills

Core Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in:

    • Lead generation, business development, or sales support OR

    • Compliance, corporate services, or financial services with commercial exposure
