Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop marketing campaigns (traditional & digital) and support events/exhibitions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Focus on B2B clients in the residential / home interior industry: interior designers, architects, developments, main contractors, etc.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs while preparing reports and forecasts.

Job Requirements
- Strong interest in luxury interiors, design, or high-end furnishings (no minimum experience required).
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional in client-facing settings.
- Excellent communication in English; other languages a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools/CRM.
- Reliable, driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Two direct reporting references required.
Preferred Qualities: Passion for design/luxury lifestyle, exposure to luxury retail or hospitality, networking skills with HNWIs and industry professionals, proactive and creative mindset, willingness to represent the brand at events.
